Step 2: At 6pm watch the video and pause to pray
At 6pm in your time zone (or thereabouts) start the video below and you will be guided through the 4 sections of Enough. You will be told when to pause and pray. It should take you about 60 mins to complete. The video will be available from 10am BST.
Subtitles: French, Spanish and German subtitles will be available from 13:00 BST. Just click the CC button at the bottom of the YouTube screen to enable them.
